Mixing & Application
- Mix with approximately 50% reducer
- Spray viscosity: 25 – 32 sec DIN 4 at 20°C
- Recommended nozzle size: 1.3 – 1.5 mm
- Apply 2 coats (60 – 80 μm total film thickness)
- Flash-off time between coats: 5 – 10 minutes at 23°C
Drying
- Air dry: 45 – 60 minutes at 23°C
- Force dry: 10 – 20 minutes at 60°C
- Sanding: P400 – P500 dry or P800 – P1000 wet
